CAI-WV Treasurer/Finance Committee and the Golf Committee Chair
Keith is the Director of Association Management – West Division, for Property Management People, Inc. (PMP). Keith’s responsibilities include managing both the Kearneysville, West Virginia and Winchester, Virginia offices of PMP. Keith has over 45 years of combined experience in the residential construction, real estate, and community association management industries.
Keith has been a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 2010, and has earned the professional designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and Association Management Specialist (AMS). In addition, in 2016 Keith earned the Professional Community Association Manager designation (PCAM).
Keith currently serves as the Finance Committee chairperson and Golf Committee chairperson for CAI’s West Virginia chapter. Keith previously served on both the Golf Committee and Social Committee for the Chesapeake Chapter of CAI. Keith is a graduate of Shepherd College (now Shepherd University) where he played baseball and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Keith lives in Jefferson County, WV, where he has resided since 1989.
