This week's edition of The Journal, published since 1907 in the West Virginia Eastern Panhandle, announced the establishment of the West Virginia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI: [https://www.caionline.org/](https://www.caionline.org/?ref=cai-wv.org)). The article talks of Kathryn Knight and Daniel Bennett efforts to bring CAI to West Virginia.
